Amy Rose's 21st Birthday

Here is a picture that I did to celebrate the birthday of Amy Rose this year, which is a picture of Amy holding up a birthday cake and winking in a cute manner. After realizing that Amy's birthday was coming up soon, I decided to take the opportunity to draw a quick picture of everyone's favorite pink hedgehog in time for her birthday this year. As every die-hard fan of the Sonic games may probably know by now, Amy Rose originally made her debut in the game "Sonic The Hedgehog CD" (or "Sonic CD" for short) on the Sega CD, which was released in North America on October 1, 1993; Needless to say, the game also featured the debut of Sonic's evil robot duplicate known as 'Metal Sonic', who has also become just as popular as Amy over the years. For this picture I've done, I was able to draw Amy holding onto a stylish birthday cake that is decorated to her liking with a couple of number-shaped candles on top, and I decided to draw Amy wearing her new outfit that she wears in the new Sonic cartoon series called "Sonic Boom", which I am also looking forward to checking out soon. As I was coloring the picture in, I was able to use a transparent background while adding red hearts to fill up some of the empty space. The picture turned out really nice after being completed, and it's sure to please my friends and everyone else as well.
