Jade Squirrel Ready For School

Here is a picture that I did as an entry for a project by : A picture of my original character, Jade Squirrel, getting ready to go to school while wearing a school uniform. Because I wasn't too busy working on anything else at the time, I decided to take the opportunity to draw a picture as part of an art project that is being held, which I would then be able to post in time before the deadline after missing out on a similar project that was held by the same artist. For this picture I've done, I was able to choose Jade as my character to draw in such a school uniform because of the colors being somewhat suitable for her to wear, and I also decided to have her wearing a pair of dark blue kneesocks and brown shoes to go with the outfit so that she doesn't appear to be barefoot (or in this case "bare-pawed") on her way to class. When I was coloring the picture in, I was able to use a dark red texture for the background, and I decided to fill up much of the empty space by adding yellow stars in different sizes. The picture turned out very nice after being completed, and it's sure to please my friends and everyone else as well.
