Jade and Luigi - Frog Friends

Here is a picture that I did of Whitnee Squirrel's younger sister, Jade Squirrel, spending time with Mario's brother, Luigi, by swimming underwater together while wearing Frog Suits. After being able to play the NES game "Super Mario Bros. 3" not too long ago, I was in the mood for drawing a small set of pictures involving the Squirrel Sisters (Whitnee and Jade) meeting the Mario Bros. (Mario and Luigi) and being able to spend time with each other. For this picture I've done, I was able to draw Jade and Luigi with the Frog Suit power-up from the mentioned game, which allows the characters to swim a lot faster while underwater; The Frog Suit also allows the characters to jump really high while on land, but they can't run around on foot unless they're holding onto an item like a block or Koopa shell. To make this picture interesting, I decided to draw Jade in a purple version of the Frog Suit (since purple happens to be her favorite color), and I also drew a couple of Cheep Cheeps to fill up some of the empty space. As I was coloring the picture in, I was able to use a light blue texture for the background so that it appears to take place underwater. The picture turned out really nice after being completed, and it's sure to please my friends and everyone else as well.
