Rachel, Mika, and Penny: The Chu Sisters

Here is a picture that I did of some new original characters that I created recently, which are a trio of anthropomorphic Pokémon girls known as the Chu Sisters. A couple of years ago, I was able to mention to my friends and watchers that I had planned on doing some pictures involving some characters who are based on various Pokémon from the games, which I never got around to working on until recently. Because I wasn't too busy working on anything else at the time, I decided to take the opportunity to draw a set of pictures featuring some of my original characters after being satisfied with how I was able to design them, which was actually a much greater improvement than what I had originally drawn over a couple years ago. Anyway, for this picture I've done, I was able to draw a group picture involving three of my newest characters that I am able to introduce:

Rachel Chu - A 17-year-old girl who is an anthropomorphic Raichu with brown hair, Rachel is the elder sister of the trio. Being the oldest sibling of the bunch, she is also the responsible one who is always so hard-working, which does make her a bit independent at times; Other than that, she actually does love her sisters so very much, and she's always looking out for them all the time as well. As you can tell by her appearance, Rachel is kind of a tomboy who often wears outfits that usually consist of t-shirts and blue jeans, and her hobbies also include playing Nintendo games and collecting playing cards.

Mika Chu - A 14-year-old girl who is an anthropomorphic Pikachu with blond hair, Mika is the middle sister of the trio. She is pretty much like her other sisters in every way, and she also happens to be a tomboy who likes to dress up in outfits that would often include a tank top and shorts. Unlike her older sister Rachel, however, Mika is the kind of girl who doesn't take anything too seriously at all, and she's even capable of doing just about anything that she finds exciting and fun in some way such as skateboarding, which happens to be one of her favorite hobbies as well.

Penny Chu - A 9-year-old girl who is an anthropomorphic Pichu with black hair, Penny is the youngest sister of the trio. Despite her being younger than her other sisters, she is remarkably smart for a girl her age, and she's even able to understand a bunch of words that most kids the same age as her wouldn't quite understand. Even so, Penny is also shown to have an active imagination, in which she's able to fantasize herself in all kinds of situations almost like that of Calvin from the comic strip series "Calvin And Hobbes". Unlike Rachel and Mika, Penny actually prefers to wear dresses most of the time, and her most favorite outfit to wear is a dress with a red, black, and white design that resembles a Pokeball.

Even though I did originally plan on posting the pictures that I did of my Pokémon girls for quite some time, I wasn't quite pleased with how the original pictures that I drew a while back turned out when compared to my newer artwork, especially since I was able to improve my art skills even more after getting a new computer to work on, so I decided to start over with a new picture while thinking of some unique personalities for my new characters to have. When I was coloring the picture in, I was able to use a dark blue texture for the background, and I decided to fill up much of the empty space by adding stars in different colors and sizes. The picture turned out really nice after being completed, and it's sure to please my friends and everyone else as well.
