My Birthday Weekend And Gift Art

Journal Entry: Tue Feb 3, 2015, 2:51 PM
Skin by TMNT-Raph-fan

In case anybody is curious to know how my weekend after my birthday went for me recently, I have decided to post this journal entry while also being able to show off some of my personal favorite pictures that I've received as birthday gifts from many of my friends here on DeviantArt. I'll admit, I was actually feeling pretty sad and lonely on the day of my birthday because no one was able to help me celebrate it because everyone else was busy doing other things at the time, but my mother and sister were nice enough to take me out to a local restaurant called Buffalo Wings & Rings for a post-birthay lunch on Saturday, which make me feel much better afterwards (especially after being able to order some fried pickle chips as an appetizer to go with my meal). Anyway, I was able to receive a lot of pictures that we drawn for me as birthday gifts for me this year, which have actually cheered me up a little bit when I was feeling down after the day of my birthday, and I didn't actually mind being able to receive some gifts from my friends that were a little late. And so, here is a list involving some of my personal favorite pictures that were drawn for my birthday with a description about each one:

Whitnee Kick! by solid32 - Drawn by :iconsolid32:

This was probably the first gift picture that I was able to check out on the day before my birthday, which is a picture of Whitnee Squirrel (the "T.U.F.F. Puppy" version of my original character) in her Team Shinobi uniform getting ready to kick some tail. I really like the way the artist was able to draw my character, especially because he seems to do a really fancy job in the exact same cartoon style as Butch Hartman, which does look exactly like the show that I love so very much.

Abby's Birthday Surprise by LouisEugenioJR Drawn by :iconlouiseugeniojr:

My good friend seems to enjoy drawing my Sonic fan character, Abby The Squirrel, and he was even nice enough to draw this birthday-themed picture of her as well. In this picture that was done for my birthday, he was able to draw Abby in an orange dress while holding up a birthday cake and holding onto her shoes that she took off, since she is a character I've created who actually likes to wear outfits with long socks, and my friend also knows how much of a sucker I am of socked feet.

Shizu Siam by Creative-Dreamr Drawn by :iconcreative-dreamr:

Here is an interesting picture that my friend did of Shizu Siam, the youngest member of Team Shinobi, in her original cartoon style. Needless to say, I really love the way my friend was able to draw Shizu in such a picture, and I also became kinda touched after she told me how much she loved my character and that she also found her to be cute with her crush on Dudley Puppy.

Frozen Whitnee by Tiny-Toons-Fan Drawn by :icontiny-toons-fan:

After being able to draw a picture for my friend's birthday not too long ago, my friend was nice enough to draw a picture as a birthday gift for me in return. And so, she was able to draw my original character, Whitnee Squirrel, in her red winter gown that was inspired by Queen Elsa's outfit from "Frozen", and the picture turned out really nice and beautiful for sure.

Kitty and Whitnee Sparring by TUFFAgentShepherd Drawn by :icontuffagentshepherd:

I kinda figured that my good friend would be able to draw a picture involving any of my "T.U.F.F. Puppy" characters as a birthday gift for me, and this picture he was able to draw was something that was a little different, which is a picture of Whitnee and Kitty getting ready to face off against each other. I'll admit, I was actually kind of anxious when checking out this picture because of how both characters were portrayed, especially since I know that Whitnee wouldn't have the heart to fight those that she considers her friends (even when practicing with real weapons). Even so, I appreciate my friend for being was able to draw my characters as always.

Tickled Squirrel N Wolf by Malort75 Drawn by :iconmalort75:

One thing's for sure, I totally wasn't expecting a picture involving Whitnee Squirrel and Cindy Wolf getting tickled in such a creative manner, which is what is seen happening in this picture that my friend did of both furry girls getting their feet tickled by a squid-like alien from outer space. Because the original character version of Whitnee happens to be a character with furry feet that are very soft and ticklish, I just knew that my friend would be able to draw a picture that involves her getting tickled in a completely random way, which turned out very nice as well.

HAPPY B-DAY CASEY!!! by YogurtPup Drawn by

Even though I was able to receive quite a few pictures involving my fursona, Casey Squirrel, here is a picture that was done of my female counterpart named Cassie showing off her paws in a cute manner. I don't really have much to say about the picture except that it was kind of nice, and I decided to include it on my list nonetheless.

Squirrel Cake by tellywebtoons Drawn by :icontellywebtoons:

I think it's a safe assumption that Whitnee would be the character that everyone I know would be able to draw for my birthday, and I actually love seeing how my friends are able to draw to draw her in their original style as well. For this picture that my friend did, she drew a picture of Whitnee in a fancy outfit that consists of a red dress and long purple gloves while standing in front of a large cake, which also looks very nice and lovely.

[Gift] Happy 29th Birthday Casey! by Gabrielianthenook Drawn by :icongabrielianthenook:

Here is a birthday-themed drawing that was done by my new friend, which involves my fursona, Casey Squirrel, celebrating my birthday with Whitnee Squirrel and a creepy-looking animatronic duplicate of Whitnee that was inspired by the popular game "Five Nights At Freddy's". Even though I've never actually played the game at all, I am aware of how freaky the game was after checking out a video of it on YouTube, and the drawing that my friend did as a birthday gift for me turned out very nice as well.

Hayai's tease (socked version) by MintyMousyXFCE Drawn by :iconmintymousyxfce:

Here is another picture that was done involving one of my Team Shinobi characters, this time being of Hayai Bunny, who happens to be Whitnee's best friend in the "T.U.F.F. Puppy" universe. For this picture that my good friend did as a birthday gift for me, he was able to draw Hayai sitting on a bed while showing off her feet in a sexy manner, which are covered in a pair of long white socks, and I've always been a real sucker for gals wearing those kind of socks as well. Needless to say, my friend also posted an alternate version of the picture that has Hayai's feet without socks, which is just as nice to check out.

Team Shinobi by ICartoonFantic Drawn by :iconicartoonfantic:

Because I was able to draw a picture for my friend's birthday after remembering that it was on the same month as mine, my dear friend was able to draw something in time for my birthday in return, which is a group picture of all five members of Team Shinobi - Whitnee Squirrel, Hayai Bunny, Shaun Inu, Mackey Que, and Shizu Siam. I've always loved the way my friend is able to draw characters from the "T.U.F.F. Puppy" universe in her original style, and I really like the way she was able to draw my characters for such a picture, which turned out really nice and stylish for sure.

Team Shinobi vs Neo RITA by shinragod Drawn by :iconshinragod:

Even though my good friend was a little late when posting a picture that he did for my birthday this year, it turned out to be something rather interesting yet awesome that I totally did not expect, which is a picture of my Team Shinobi characters facing off against an powerful version of R.I.T.A. (Keswick's computerized toaster from an episode of "T.U.F.F. Puppy") known as 'Neo R.I.T.A.', who has also captured their friends, Dudley and Kitty. This intense fight scene definitely reminded me of something from the 1980s/1990s cartoon version of "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles", which would also be the main inspiration for many of the story ideas and scenarios involving my Team Shinobi characters that I plan on doing soon, and I really appreciate my friend for being very supportive of me as always.

-----

Even though I wasn't able to include every picture that I received as gift art from my friends, I really did like all of the other pictures that were done in time for my birthday. I'd like to thank everyone else who was nice enough to draw something for me, and here's hoping that my next birthday will turn out to be much better after the way I've been feeling this year.

Birthday Announcement And Feelings

Journal Entry: Wed Jan 28, 2015, 2:08 PM
Skin by TMNT-Raph-fan

As everyone may probably already know, today happens to be my birthday, and I have decided to make an important announcement that might actually surprise everyone else on here: My sister will be giving birth to a baby girl sometime very soon, which also means that I will become an uncle as well. I was able to learn that my sister had become pregnant back when I came over to her house for Halloween not too long ago, and she was able to tell my mother and everyone else the news afterwards. This has been kind of a surprise for me for quite some time now, and I never got a chance to let my friends know until just recently after dealing with some personal issues that have made me feel rather emotional. I guess you can say that I should be happy for my sister and her boyfriend who will be having a child, but it does kind of make me re-focus on my own life...

For example, I haven't had an actual job for the past few years, since all I've been doing was drawing cartoons and playing video games while saving up my money that I get each month for some important things that I need and/or want. In case anybody is wondering, I have tried to get another job on my own, but I've never been successful at all, especially because when I do try to ask for a job, I'm always afraid that I'll be told "no" for some reason, which would usually crush my hopes and make me feel like some kind of loser that nobody likes. And also, because I don't have a driver's license and was never even taught how to drive, the only way I'm able to get around is by asking for a ride from someone or even walk around on foot (if where I need to go is not too far away, that is), which actually makes my life kinda rough for a guy in my situation.

Another thing that's been bothering me would be the fact that I don't really know what to do for a living besides drawing cartoons, which is something that I know I've always been good at doing, and my drawing skills have also become much better as time passed. I'm willing to show my cartoon skills to the public, but I've been extremely shy around people as long as I could remember, and I'm kind of worried that it will be getting much worse as I get older. I have actually tried to overcome my shyness lots of times ever since I was a kid, but nothing seems to work no matter how hard I try to become social like everyone I know; However, I tend to be a lot less shy whenever I'm having fun at a place such as an amusement park or even a movie theater, which seems to help me become a little more sociable most of the time.

Despite these negative feelings that have be plaguing me for quite some time now, I guess I should be feeling comfortable being able to tell everyone who's understanding about what was on my mind lately, especially after receiving so many messages as well as plenty of gift art from my friends, which has made by birthday fairly decent so far, and I really appreciate all the support that my friends have given me for a long time now. Even if their are times that feel kind of uneasy for me, I'll continue trying to be a good friend to everyone I know, and I also hope to become a good uncle as well.

Birthday Requests - February 2015

Journal Entry: Mon Jan 26, 2015, 1:43 PM
Skin by TMNT-Raph-fan

Because January will be coming and going soon enough (and my birthday also takes place this week as well), I have decided accept requests as birthday gifts for my friends' birthdays that take place in February. After being able to work on some birthday requests this month (which was kind of a slow start for me so far), I have decided to start accepting requests for next month about a week before the end of the current month so that I would have plenty of time to work on the pictures that I would be able to post on here in time for my friends' birthdays. In case anybody is wondering what I'm able to draw, I will also be reposting the same list of rules from my previous journal entry explaining which types of characters that I usually enjoy drawing most of the time, and which types of characters that I don't like to draw at all:

TYPES OF CHARACTERS THAT I CAN DRAW:
:bulletblue: Original Furry/Anthro Characters
:bulletred: Sonic Characters (Game-related and/or fan-based)
:bulletblue: TMNT Characters
:bulletred: Usagi Yojimbo Characters
:bulletblue: T.U.F.F. Puppy Characters
:bulletred: Disney Characters
:bulletblue: Warner Bros. Characters
:bulletred: Pokemon Characters
:bulletblue: Nintendo Characters
:bulletred: Capcom Characters

TYPES OF CHARACTERS THAT I CANNOT DRAW:
:bulletgreen: Original Human Characters
:bulletorange: Anime/Manga Characters
:bulletgreen: My Little Pony Characters
:bulletorange: Kid Vs. Kat Characters
:bulletgreen: Avatar Characters
:bulletoragne: Sonic Characters From The Archie Comics Series

-----

On an unfortunate note, however, I will probably be deleting one of my newer pictures that I've posted recently for a couple of reasons: It didn't seem to please everyone as I hoped, and the person that I drew the picture also became disappointed with how it turned out as well:

Whitnee's Tap-Dancing Duet by CaseyDecker

Personally, I think this picture I've done actually turned out very nice for a picture involving characters tap-dancing (especially because of it being my first attempt at drawing something like this), and I think it would be a real shame to just delete such a picture despite what the commissioner thought after seeing it. One reason that he didn't like it was because both girls were not wearing the right kind of pants with their outfits; He told me to draw them in short-legged jean pants (which is exactly what I was able to draw for the picture), but as it would turn out, he was actually talking about shorts. As a result, the commissioner and his friend who requested the picture did not like it at all, which now makes me feel less confident about doing more point commissions for everyone else, even if I was just doing my best to draw exactly what he told me... :(

Ten Favorite OCs - COMPLETED

Journal Entry: Wed Jan 21, 2015, 1:31 PM
Skin by TMNT-Raph-fan

Here is a little something that I took from my friend :iconwindycitypuma:, which I decided to do for the fun of it. For the first 10 people who comment on this journal entry, I will feature one of their characters I like the most and post a comment explaining my choice; I will go to your gallery and pick one character and one picture I like, so that way you won't need to tell me which character to feature on here. Even though the rules requires everyone who participates to do the same, I think that would actually be optional because of it being something done for fun, and the whole idea of it is to show off the artwork of everyone else. Thank you, and enjoy!

#1 - Lady Phobia by Casey Decker by Koleyl Lady Phobia - :iconkoleyl:

I wasn't exactly sure which of my friend's OCs that I liked most after not being able to check out his gallery that much, but I remembered that I once drew a picture of his female spider character, Lady Phobia, in my original cartoon style, who had kind of a unique character style to draw even though I've always been a fan of furry characters, and I wouldn't actually mind being able to draw more his characters in my original style style in the near future.

#2 - White Cat by CrazyFunPunk White Cat - :iconcrazyfunpunk:

Here is a unique character created by my younger brother, who was able to create a bunch of female villains and/or heroes with his current DA account that he's had for a while now. Of all the characters I loved most, I would have to pick this feline villain character because of how much she reminds me of Felicia from the "Darkstalkers" games, and I'm also a real sucker for girls in sexy white outfits that include boots, socks, etc. as well.

#3 - Fearless Leader: Cassidy by WindyCityPuma Cassidy - :iconwindycitypuma:

Even though I've just started checking out my friend's artwork not too long ago, it wasn't really hard for me to decide which of his original characters I liked most, especially after seeing her drawn in some pictures by my good friend :iconmintymousyxfce: and I find her to be really cute in her soccer uniform as well.

#4 - Collab: Marty and Minerva's Bondage Date by thieviusracoonus Marty Mongoose - :iconthieviusracoonus:

I think it's kind of obvious to say that Marty would have to be my favorite character created by this artist mainly because I was able to draw him in my original cartoon style not too long ago, and he's also meant to be a potential love interest of Minerva Mink from "Animaniacs" as well.

#5 - Re: RQ SuperMafia by SuperMafia Angel - :iconsupermafia:

Even though my friend doesn't seem to have many pictures of Angel in his gallery, I could not resist including her as my favorite original character that he created, especially after being able to draw her in my original cartoon style quite a few times in the past. One of the most unique things about this character would be the fact that she likes to stick her feet into something sticky, especially if she's doing it with some other characters who are eager enough to join her.

#6 - Magic of the water by LadyMelody1 Miva - :iconladymelody1:

Even though most of the artwork created by my new friend is related to "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" and "Usagi Yojimbo" (two franchises that I love so very much, I might add), I was able to find a couple of pictures involving some original characters that she created, and I decided to choose this character as my personal favorite.

#7 - Lovin' Down Under by TUFFAgentShepherd Niles Crocston - :icontuffagentshepherd:

When it comes to deciding which of my favorite Team Katswell characters that I like most (excluding Kitty and Dudley), I would have to say either Allison or Niles. For this journal meme, I have decided to go with Niles because I find him kinda interesting for a hero character created by my friend, and his character style also kind of reminds me of Leatherhead from the 1980s/1990s cartoon version of "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" as well.

#8 - ED Nya~ by MizzGenK ED - :iconmizzgenk:

As you'd probably guess, ED (pronounced 'ED') has always been of the cutest characters created by my friend, and I could not resist featuring her on this list as well. I have draw this character at least a couple of times so far, and she turns out to be just as cute in my original cartoon style, especially when I'm able to draw her with my original characters including Whitnee and Goldie.

#9 - Be careful what you wish for. by Sillkung Sabina The Saluki - :iconsillkung:

As you may probably already know by now, Sabina is a gorgeous-looking character created by my best friend whom I love so very much, and I felt like I had to include her on the list for sure, especially because of how much I also enjoy drawing her in my original cartoon style. She's usually seen with her lover, a female wolf named Akai, and I also find both characters to be very cute for a lesbian couple as well.

#10 - Maya Under The Misletoe by AlexanderSie Maya Crème - :iconalexandersie:

It wasn't really hard for me to figure out which of my friend's characters I loved most, and it would be none other than Maya, who has always looked very nice and lovely in her maid outfit in many pictures that I've seen of her (especially with those long striped socks that she usually wears as part of her outfit). Even though I do like the other characters created by my friend, Maya will always be one of my personal favorites.

-----

BONUS - More Lillian Sketches by Creative-Dreamr Lillian Minkston - :iconcreative-dreamr:

Even though I was only able to feature ten artists in this journal meme I've done, I could not resist adding one more as a bonus, especially if it's one of my friend's whose artwork I'd like to share. As you can probably tell, my friend does a really good job drawing pictures involving the "T.U.F.F. Puppy" characters, and I decided to feature this lesser-known character that she created, whom I found to be quite lovely. Even though my friend hasn't actually drawn many pictures of Lillian, I still think she is one of my friend's most lovely characters, and I'd be more than willing to draw more pictures involving her characters as well.

Birthday Requests - January 2015

Journal Entry: Tue Dec 30, 2014, 2:08 PM
Skin by TMNT-Raph-fan

It's kind of hard to believe, but 2014 is almost coming to an end, and it won't be long until the New Year is ready to prepare us for 2015. After being able to complete my holiday-themed artwork that I was able post here on DeviantArt in time for Christmas this year, I am now able to focus on some other pictures that I plan on drawing whenever I have some creative ideas on my mind that I'd like to share with my friends, and I'm also open for point commissions and/or trades for anyone else who is interested. This year, I'm actually hoping to draw more pictures for my friends as well as participate in any collaborations, projects, etc. that I've always want to become a part of (especially after being left in the dark for much too long, and I also want to become more open while perfecting my cartoon skills as well). Speaking of which, that actually brings me to something that I'd like to announce before I forget... I have decided to draw birthday gift requests for all my friends here on DeviantArt whose birthdays are in January and every other month after that for this year; The reason I've decided to do something like this is so that I can keep myself busy with my cartoon drawings, and I would also be able to get a head start on any pictures that I'd like to draw in time for my friends' birthdays as well. I'm also willing to draw birthday requests for everyone else whose birthdays are in the following month, and in case anybody is curious to know what I'm able to draw, here is a couple of lists regarding the types of characters I can draw for each picture:

TYPES OF CHARACTERS THAT I CAN DRAW:
:bulletblue: Original Furry/Anthro Characters
:bulletred: Sonic Characters
:bulletblue: TMNT Characters
:bulletred: Usagi Yojimbo Characters
:bulletblue: T.U.F.F. Puppy Characters
:bulletred: Disney Characters
:bulletblue: Warner Bros. Characters
:bulletred: Pokémon Characters
:bulletblue: Nintendo Characters
:bulletred: Capcom Characters

TYPES OF CHARACTERS THAT I CANNOT DRAW:
:bulletgreen: Original Human Characters
:bulletorange: Anime/Manga Characters
:bulletgreen: My Little Pony Characters
:bulletorange: Kid Vs. Kat Characters
:bulletgreen: Avatar Characters
:bulletorange: Sonic Characters From The Archie Comics Series

And while I'm on the topic, I would also like to point out that next month happens to be my birthday (January 28th), and I'm hoping that many of my friends would be able to draw something as a gift for me just like they have in the past couple of years, which has always made me quite happy just knowing that I have so many supportive friends who actually enjoy checking out what I'm able to draw all the time, and I also become inspired to continue drawing cartoons like I usually do.

Mario Kart 7/8: Thoughts And Decision?

Journal Entry: Tue Dec 16, 2014, 1:09 PM
Skin by TMNT-Raph-fan

Because I'm now starting to feel much better about myself after dealing with my holiday depression not too long ago, I feel like wanting to talk about something that's been on my mind lately before I forget... As everyone may probably know after reading my journal entries, I was able to purchase myself a Nintendo WiiU a couple of months ago, which I was also able to get a couple of games for it: "DuckTales: Remastered" and "New Super Mario Bros. U / New Super Luigi U". After Christmas is over with for this year, I plan on saving up my money that I get each month to buy at least one new game to add to my WiiU collection (as long as it's a game within my monthly budget), and I might also purchase a new game for my 3DS collection as well. One of the titles that I was considering of getting for my Nintendo WiiU was "Mario Kart 8", which happens to be the newest game in the Mario Kart series, even though I actually did kind of miss out on getting "Mario Kart 7" for the Nintendo 3DS, mainly because I didn't have a 3DS at the time of its release, and I was able to buy a Nintendo 2DS after saying up my money and getting a copy of "Pokemon Y" on the month it came out. Now, I've heard about the kind of new features that are included in "Mario Kart 7" such as the option to customize your own vehicle as well as the abilities that allows vehicles to fly in the air and race underwater, but I've also heard a few negative things about the game that I've become aware of before I decide to buy it; For example, I've noticed that the selection of playable characters is actually kinda slim when compared to the character roster from "Mario Kart Wii" on the Nintendo Wii (especially since certain characters such as Diddy Kong and Walugi are not playable in the game at all), and I've even heard some people say that the game is also pretty hard when playing against the CPU, which makes unlocking things quite difficult for solo gamers such as myself. Because of "Mario Kart 8" being out for the Nintendo WiiU not too long ago, I was actually thinking of getting a copy of that game without having to play "Mario Kart 7" first, especially since I was able to complete "Mario Kart Wii" on my own (although I still need help unlocking Baby Luigi and Funky Kong as playable characters), and I was kind of hoping that Nintendo may have toned down the difficulty just a little for the newest game in their popular racing game series that I still enjoy playing to this day. But before I make such a decision to buy either game for myself, I'm going to need the opinions and advice of everyone else who is able to play one or both of the MK games that I haven't played yet so that I'll know which title is better, and I might even be able to play a few rounds with my friends online whenever I get some internet connection for my home. Anyway, which is the better title: "Mario Kart 7" on the Nintendo 3DS, or "Mario Kart 8" on the Nintendo WiiU?

Unhappy Christmas Feelings

Journal Entry: Thu Dec 11, 2014, 1:24 PM
Skin by TMNT-Raph-fan

Even though Christmas is coming up really soon and I have the rest of my Christmas-themed requests that I was able to draw for twelve of my friends here on DeviantArt, I've been feeling quite unhappy recently because one of my friends was able to hold a Christmas-themed request project for his friends on here, which would only be for the first twelve friends who were able to particpate. I was never able to hear all about it until I logged back on this morning, and I wanted to participate in such a project myself, especially after noticing quite a few of my other friends being able to participate in it as well; However, I then realized that I was much too late to participate in the project, so now I feel kind of miserable and heart-broken for that reason. My friend was then able to include an apology in his recent journal to everyone else who was unable to participate in the project, and that he actually wanted to draw something for all his friends (including myself) for Christmas this year, which is totally understandable and I'm able to respect his decision as well. Because I'm able to draw Christmas-themed requests for my friends who did participate in the project, however, I feel like I deserve a little something in return from all my friends here on DeviantArt, especially because I've become so tired of always being left out of projects, collaborations, etc. that I just wanted to be a part of, and I think not being able to participate in any of them would just become a waste of my cartoon skills, which something that I've also been dealing with personally throughout much of the year. After all, I do try really hard to draw cartoons to appeal to everyone I know, and I'm actually worried that this will be something that I'll probably be doing for the rest of my life, since I've never been good with socialing with other people in real life, and I don't even know how to submit my work to a cartoon company that accepts new ideas. I really wish that I had the same things as my friends on here for their original characters such as homemade video game projects as well as sculpted figures like the ones that were done for my good friend :iconshinragod: as part of his annual "Queens Of Summer" contest that he hosts every year, and I think something like that involving my original characters would be really swell because I know that my friends have always found my characters to be quite appealing and/or cute after being able to draw them for a long time now, and I just want something that is sure make me feel very proud instead of just my drawings. I'm sorry if my thoughts are able to upset anyone who's able to read this journal entry I've posted, but I feel that it's important for everyone to understand how emotional I tend to get whenever I feel like I'm being neglected in some way; I do not want to deactivate my DA account, and I definitely do not want to give up my passion for drawing cartoons, either. I just want my friends to continue showing their support for me in hopes that I become a better cartoon artist in the future, and I also hope that Christmas will turn out to be good for me towards the end of the holiday season...

Thanksgiving Weekend Plans

Journal Entry: Tue Nov 25, 2014, 1:23 PM
Skin by TMNT-Raph-fan

As everyone may already know, Thanksgiving weekend is about a couple of days away, and I have decided to post a quick journal entry to let my friends know what I'll be doing for Thanksgiving this year... I'll be heading over to my aunt's house with my father and stepmother on Thursday, where we'll be having Thanksgiving dinner like we usually do every year, and I'm sure to have such a quiet and peaceful time with my family as well. Because I'll be getting a ride with my father and stepmother when go over to my aunt's place, I also planned on spending the night at my father's house on the night before. My stepmother also let me know that she'll be picking me up from my home around sometime in the afternoon tomorrow (even though my father doesn't actually live too far away from where I live) because we'll also be going out to see the movie "The Penguins Of Madagascar" in theaters on Wednesday night, which is sure to be a great movie to watch after checking out the trailers for it on YouTube, especially since I've always enjoyed watching the "Madagascar" movies because of the franchise being quite funny and appealing. This also means that I probably won't be able to log onto deviantART in the next couple of days (which is why I decided to post my Thanksgiving picture a little earlier this year), since my family doesn't have any wireless internet, and the only way I'm able to go online is by using my laptop at a place that has a wireless internet connection such as the public library or a local restaurant; I also have a picture that I plan on posting as a birthday gift for my dear friend :icontiny-toons-fan:, whose birthday happens to be on the day after Thanksgiving this year, and I just hope that I won't have too many messages to check before I get the chance to post my new picture (especially with the dreaded "Comment Is Spam" message that sometimes pops up when I reply to so many messages, and I'd have to wait for about an hour or two afterwards). Other than that, I should be able to have more than enough time and inspiration to continue working on the rest of my Christmas-themed artwork that I plan on posting next month, and I also hope that all my friends out there will be able to have a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend as well.

Wacky Packages: My Thoughts

Journal Entry: Thu Nov 13, 2014, 1:49 PM
Skin by TMNT-Raph-fan

Because I'm feeling kinda bored today, I have decided to share something completely random that's on my mind with my friends: "Wacky Packages", which is a series of sticker cards that feature images of products that are hilarious parodies of real-life products, some of which are kind of gross but just as comical and laughable to enjoy. The cards were released by Topps sometime ago in the 1970s, and the company would then go on to creating the "Garbage Pail Kids" sticker cards series later on, which consist of really gross but funny characters based on the Cabbage Patch Kids dolls. Anyway, my father used to collect "Wacky Packages" sticker cards when he was a kid, which is how I was able to discover them myself after seeing some of them on an old clipboard, and I decided to collect some of them newer ones that have come out on my own as well. I started collecting the cards about a year after I graduated from high school, and I still try to buy packs of them whenever I get the chance; I actually managed to collect all the cards of two or three series (excluding the bonus cards that would sometimes come out in each pack, such as a holographic card or even a refrigerator magnet), which I have kept in a card binder that I bought to store them in. Besides the cards, I was also able to collect some "Wacky Packages" merchandise that have come out over the years, including a backpack and a few plush toys based on the products from the sticker cards. I have collected so many cards in the "Wacky Packages" series that it's kind of hard for me to list all the countless parodies in this journal entry alone, so here is a list featuring some of the funniest ones I can think of:

1. Krusty Kremes (Parody of Krispy Kremes)
2. Cannibal's Shrunken Noodle Soup (Parody of Campbell's Chicken Noodle Soup)
3. Cocoa Pups (Parody of Cocoa Puffs)
4. Ghoul Whip (Parody of Cool Whip)
5. Salmon Joy (Parody of Almond Joy)
6. Snoritos (Parody of Doritos)
7. Energeyser (Parody of Energizer)
8. Goodbye Kitty (Parody of Hello Kitty)
9. Chokin' In The Sea (Parody of Chicken In The Sea)
10. Marshmallow Creeps (Parody of Marshmallow Peeps)
11. Turtle Whack (Parody of Turtle Wax)
12. Char-a Pet (Parody of Chia Pet)
13. Cheapos (Parody of Cheetos)
14. Kongsford (Parody of Kingsford)
15. Durasmell (Parody of Duracell)
16. Coldate (Parody of Colgate)
17. Hair (Parody of Nair)
18. Unlucky Charms (Parody of Lucky Charms)
19. Count Funkula (Parody of Count Chocula)
20. Cap'n Crutch (Parody of Cap'n Crunch)
21. Lay-z Potato Chips (Parody of Lay's Potato Chips)
22. Mallo-martians (Parody of Mallo-mars)
23. Senior Mints (Parody of Junior Mints)
24. Coca-Cobra (Parody of Coca-Cola)
25. Dora The Executioner (Parody of Dora The Explorer)
26. Trashformers (Parody of Transformers)
27. Hurtsey's Kissers (Parody of Hershey's Kisses)
28. Life-Savings (Parody of Life-Savers)
29. Tub (Parody of Tab)
30. Cheez Poodles (Parody of Cheez Doodles)

Anyway, these are just some of the funniest "Wacky Packages" sticker cards I was able to think of that are also included as part of my collection, and I'd also like hear what everyone else thinks of these hilarious sticker cards that have come out as well as some of their favorites that were not mentioned on the list. Even if you've never actually heard of the series until I began talkng about it in this journal entry, you are more than welcome to share your own thoughts about it nonetheless.

12 Requests Of Christmas: Part II

Journal Entry: Sat Nov 8, 2014, 1:33 PM
Skin by TMNT-Raph-fan

As everyone may already know, Christmas is practically a month away, and I've been in kind of an inspired mood to get a head start on drawing some Christmas-themed artwork for this year, especially with a weekend-long Christmas festival that is currently taking place in my hometown. What I plan on doing this year is drawing a set of pictures that would involve my original characters being able to celebrate Christmas in some way, and I might be able to include the original characters created by my friends in each picture as well; I even plan on doing some fan art pictures involving characters from my favorite TV shows, video games, etc. celebrating the holiday season, and that would also include my "T.U.F.F. Puppy" characters, which I enjoy drawing because of it being one of the best (and underrated) cartoon shows that Nickelodeon has ever made. Last year, I was able to accept twelve requests from anyone who is interested, but I think I'll actually be doing something a little different this year instead... And so, I've decided to take the opportunity to draw some gift/request pictures for twelve of my closest friends who have always been very supportive and friendly to me for such a long time now, and they'd also be artists who were also nice enough to draw something for me at least once in the past year. Now, I'm not really asking for any gift art in return from my friends on here, but I guess it would be kind of nice getting something in return for my troubles (especially whenever I've been feeling less confident about my own cartoon artwork, which I think I'm over for the moment). Anyway, the twelve friends that I have decided to choose to draw something for Christmas this year are as listed:

:iconsillkung: :iconwolf492: :iconmizzgenk: :iconlouiseugeniojr: :iconmintymousyxfce: :icongeminijc:
:icontuffagentshepherd: :iconthedogwhitatail: :iconshinragod: :iconcreative-dreamr: :iconalexandersie: :iconicartoonfantic:

To my friends whom I've listed on here, you can let me know what you'd like to draw for you by simply posting a comment in the Comments section of the journal entry and/or my profile page, or you can just send me a message via Notes if you prefer to talk to me in private. I know I probably should have included more friends on the list, but I just wanted to work on a certain number of pictures in time for the holiday season while working at my own pace, and I'll try to draw as many pictures for some of my other friends whenever I get the chance to do so. Other than that, I also hope that my friends have some plans for having a very good holiday season this year.

An Important Message To Everyone...

Journal Entry: Thu Oct 30, 2014, 2:16 PM
Skin by TMNT-Raph-fan

I've got some personal problems that I feel like wanting to discuss with everyone here on deviantART, which I think is kind of important for all my friends to know about. Just recently, I've been getting all kinds of messages from unknown users who have been accusing me of being a pedophile while telling lies about me molesting my sister (who actually happens to be in her 20s, I might also add). Well, there's one thing that I should make perfectly clear to everyone I know, especially to those who believe such terrible lies about me...

I AM NOT AN EFFIN' PEDOPHILE!!!

I've been getting so sick and tired of whoever's making up such god-awful lies about me, and they should know that I am ABSOLUTELY NOT CAPABLE of doing anything so sick and perverted in my entire life at all. I don't know why anyone would stoop so low as to telling some wrongful stories and accusations against a nice and innocent guy such as myself, but I think they should cut it out before something truly bad happens to them (or even myself). This sort of thing has actually been happening to be me for quite some time, especially when I had my original dA account hacked into back in late 2010, and I was then forced to create a new one afterwards. The reason I've never been able to tell anyone about what's going on until just recently is because I figured that it would be something I could handle without letting anyone else get involved; I've also learned that the best way to deal with internet trolls is to pay no attention to them at all, which I actually learned the hard way on my own. And also, I'm actually kind of worried that some of my friends wouldn't be able to help by standing up for me, since I've once had a couple of friends block me from their dA accounts after they were threatened for being friends with me, and I just don't want that to happen ever again (especially to the friends whom I've become really close to for a long time now). Well, all I can say is that everyone I know should not give in to any threats or lies that are against me in any way, and I just want to resume my life as a cartoon artist who's always has a passion for drawing cartoons and playing video games while being a very nice and friendly person who tries to become a little more social despite how incredibly shy I am in person.

And while I'm on the topic, I think I should also discuss my thoughts and feelings about pedophiles... They are the kind of people who are truly sick and disgusting, and they usually have absolutely no life at all (or even friends, both online and in real life). I've even heard that some pedophiles are described by having a mustache and glasses, which is actually quite offensive and discriminating to me, especially since I have a mustache and glasses, but that does not mean that I am one as well; In fact, just hearing someone claim that I am one of those freaks makes me want to hurt that person physically just to teach them a lesson to show how emotionally painful such a remark actually is to just about anyone. Accusing a mildly-autistic adult such as myself of being a pedophile may not count as a crime, but I definitely think it should be, especially since I am nothing like those people I described, and I just want to let everyone know how I feel, including my friends who are always so understanding to me.

My Current Mood To Draw

Journal Entry: Mon Oct 20, 2014, 1:36 PM

In case anybody is wondering how I've been feeling lately since my blue funk that I've experienced lately, I have some good news and some bad news that I'd like to tell my friends before I forget. The good news is that I am in the mood to draw once again, and I've been working on some pictures that I was able to complete not too long ago, including a couple of Halloween-themed pictures that I'll be posting on here soon enough. The bad news is that I probably won't be able to draw my set of pictures that I planned on doing involving my original characters all dressed up at a Halloween party with a theme that has to do with characters from video games; I've been having some difficulty trying to draw all my characters that I wanted to include for such a theme, but I couldn't quite fit every character in the picture as I had hope, and I think I'll just draw a set of pictures involving a select bunch of characters who will still be dressed up as video game characters for Halloween while doing other activities instead. Other than that, I just hope that everyone else is doing fine, and I'll probably be in the mood for drawing pictures for anyone who is interested sometime after Halloween.

About My Recent Behavior...

Journal Entry: Fri Oct 17, 2014, 2:20 PM

I feel like wanting to apologize to all my friends and watchers about my last journal entry that I posted yesterday... I've actually been under a lot of emotional stress from logging back on after taking the day off, and I just feel like wanting to talk to anyone who's ever exprienced such a feeling that also prevented them from drawing at one point in their lives. Lately, I've been dealing with my inner demons that have been trying to get out for about a month now, which have affected my mood to draw yet again, and I end up getting crazy feelings that make me believe I am an unappreciated loser, which I ended up calling myself in a comment that I posted in a recent journal entry by my good friend :iconmintymousyxfce:. I know what I did was kind of extreme, but I was just so upset about no one being able to do anything for me, even when I was nice enough to ask. I completely understand that it is wrong to beat myself up whenever I am feeling unappreciated and/or unloved (especially in front of my friends), but I do not want to give up my passion for drawing cartoons at all, and I just want to continue drawing for all my friends who are always so kind and supportive of me while getting a little something in return for my efforts. After dealing with such feelings recently, I guess I have felt like a real jerk, even though I wasn't trying to hurt anyone's feelings at all. Even so, I am sorry for the way I've been behaving lately, and I just hope that everyone is able to forgive me one way or another.

Halloween Artwork Problems...

Journal Entry: Thu Oct 16, 2014, 12:59 PM
Skin by TMNT-Raph-fan

I'm having a bit of trouble involving my drawing skills that I feel like wanting to discuss with my friends right now. I'm sure that everyone knows that Halloween is only a couple of weeks from now, and I'm still trying to work on a set of pictures that I'd like to post all week for Halloween, including a picture to celebrate Lady Malmsteen's birthday that happens to take place on Halloween. Just recently, however, I haven't had much inspiration to continue working on anymore pictures that I planned on drawing to celebrate Halloween for some strange reason... One thing that I planned on drawing as mentioned in one of my previous journal entries was a set of pictures that would involve my original characters all dressed up as video game characters at a Halloween party, but I've actually been kind of struggling try to figure out how to draw all my characters in more than picture, and trying to draw the styles of each character's costume has left me feeling kinda burnt as well. In case anybody's wondering how I'm able to draw all the time, all of my pictures that I post here on deviantART are originally drawn with pencil and pen on standard pieces of computer paper (8.5" x 11"), which I then upload onto my computer with a scanner and I'm able to color and shade each picture using a picture-editing program such as "Paint Shop Pro X"; It actually takes about an hour for me to draw a picture despite how simple-looking my cartoon style is, and that usually depends on what it is I'm drawing for each picture. Believe me, I really do try my hardest to make my caroon artwork look quite noticable and appealing to just about everyone I know, but sometimes I wonder if that isn't quite enough for a simple guy like myself... After all, each time I post a new picture, I kind of hope that I would get a little something in return. For example, I think gift art from all my friends who really enjoy checking out my artwork always makes me feel inspired to continue drawing, and I always hope that at least one person is able to give me something for doing such a great job on what I want to do for a living, especially when I see some of my other friends doing the same thing by doing gift art for other friends that I know, and then I start to feel left out like some kind of unappreciated sidekick. Well, I've been getting kind of tired of always feeling that way almost all the time, especially whenever I decide to take a day off dA like I did yesterday, and I could really use some support (and maybe some more gift art) from all my friends so I may continue with my artwork in time for Halloween this year. If anyone is accepting art trades and/or requests, please do not hesistate to let me know; Otherwise, I don't know what else I can do if I'm unable to continue drawing...

Super Smash Bros. For Nintendo 3DS: My Thoughts

Journal Entry: Wed Oct 8, 2014, 1:10 PM
Skin by TMNT-Raph-fan

I have decided to post this journal entry explaining my thoughts about the new "Super Smash Bros." game on the Nintendo 3DS after being able to play it just last night. There's only three words I can use to best describe the game after trying it out for the first time: I...love...it. I totally love this new title in the SSB series, and I am sure to play it a lot more whenever I'm busy doing other things such as drawing cartoons or taking my pet dogs out for walks as always. Now, you'd probably think that because the game is released on a handheld system like the Nintendo 3DS, it wouldn't be quite as enjoyable as the other SSB games on the home consoles, but Nintendo has definitely outdone themeselves when they made this game, and it happens to be the first game of the series ever to be released on a handheld system; The graphics look quite sharp and clear with some cel-shaded designs for each of the playable characters, the game animations are really smooth and fast-moving, and the controls are pretty tight and responsive like in all the other games in the SSB series. Believe me, I was quite excited to play this game after purchasing it recently, especially after learning which characters were going to be playable in this title, and there are a lot of familar faces who make their appearence in this game including Villager from "Animal Crossing", Greninja from "Pokemon X/Y", Rosalina from "Super Mario Galaxy", and Palutena from "Kid Icarus"; There's also a few non-Nintendo characters who are playable in the game such as Mega Man and Pac-Man, and even Sonic The Hedgehog makes his return as a playable character just like in "Super Smash Bros. Brawl" (although I doubt that Solid Snake from the "Metal Gear Solid" games is able to return as well). Anyway, when playing this game for the first time, I decided to start off with Little Mac because I've always enjoyed playing the "Punch-Out!!" games, and he seemed to be quite suitable as a SSB character after his appearance in "Punch-Out!!" on the Nintendo Wii, especially with his 'Giga Mac' transformation being used as his Final Smash as well. Of course, I was also able to try out some of the other new characters to see how they would play; For instance, some of Mega Man's regular attacks would involve the use of his Mega Buster, which is a pretty nice and clever touch for such a character. So far, I was able to unlock a couple new stages and Ness as a playable character before I decided to quit playing for the night, but I'm sure to unlock other features in the game whenever I get around to playing once again. Other than that, I'm willing to play some online matches with anyone else who owns this game on their Nintendo 3DS (or 2DS, which I actually own) whenever I'm playing at someplace with internet access, and please feel free to share your thoughts with me about the game as well.

Halloween-Themed Artwork Ideas

Journal Entry: Wed Oct 1, 2014, 2:01 PM
Skin by TMNT-Raph-fan

As everyone may know already, today happens to be the first day of October, and that also means Halloween is only 30 days away from now. To celebrate, I have decided to focus on some Halloween-themed pictures that I plan on drawing for this month, especially after getting some ideas for what I'd like to draw for Halloween this year. Every year for Halloween, I would usually draw my original characters being dressed up as something for Halloween, which I was unable to do so last year because I had a bit of trouble deciding which costumes to draw my characters wearing that year. For this year, though, I'd like to try drawing something different... I have decided to draw a set of pictures involving my original characters at a Halloween party with all the characters dressed up in costumes that have to do with a certain theme; And so, the theme I have chosen for this year would involve my characters being dressed up as video game characters, which was an idea that I came up with after giving some thought about what to draw for Halloween this year, and I might be able to do a different theme for each year afterwards. So far, here are some of the costumes I was able to come up with for my characters to be seen wearing, but there are a couple of characters I have not yet decided what to draw them being dressed up as, so I appreciate any suggestions that my friends will be able to give me, and I'll see what I can do:

Whitnee Squirrel - Princess Daisy
Lucky Dalmatian - Luigi
Amber Chipmunk - Ulala (Space Channel 5)
Jade Squirrel - ???
Goldie Fox - Princess Zelda
Brandon Fox - Link
Fred Fox - Yoshi / Blanka
Skyler Fox - Mega Man
Sandra Panda - Amy Rose (Sonic CD)
Rita Cheetah - Lara Croft
Bridget Fox - ???
Betty Bat - May (Pokemon: Ruby/Sapphire Version)
Rhonda Raccoon - Dawn (Pokemon: Diamond/Pearl Version)
Scarlett Skunk - Lyra (Pokemon: HeartGold/SoulSilver Version)

Other than my original characters, I also plan on drawing some Halloween-themed pictures involving my "T.U.F.F. Puppy" characters including Team Shinobi, which I've been wanting to focus on for quite sometime after thinking of some new ideas involving Whitnee and her fellow teammates. Speaking of which I am even planning on drawing a birthday-themed picture of :iconshinragod:'s popular character, Lady Malmsteen, after remembering that her birthday is on Halloween, and I'd also like to take the opportunity to include my villain characters such as The Water Wolf and Yami Squirrel, who were able to gain some fans ever since I was able to draw them for the first time. Other than that, I am sure to keep myself busy for Halloween this year, and I appreciate any support and thoughts from my friends as well.

Lucky Dalmatian and Lucas McSquirrely

Journal Entry: Mon Sep 22, 2014, 1:13 PM
Skin by TMNT-Raph-fan

As you may have probably noticed recently, I was able to post quite a few pictures I've done that involve my original characters, Whitnee Squirrel and Lucky Dalmatian, being together after meeting each other for the first time, and it just got me thinking... I think I've decided that Whitnee and Lucky could actually become a kind of cute couple that I would draw quite often, especially after both characters are able to get to know each other. In my collage of older cartoon drawings that I've done featuring Lucky Dalmatian, I was able to mention in the description for one of the drawings that Lucky has a passion for video games almost similar to that of Whitnee, and I've just realized that both characters would have quite a few things in common after being able to draw pictures of Lucky and/or Whitnee for as long as I could remember. Even though both characters happen to be anthro animals of different species, I guess it would be alright if I decide to make them a couple after all, since there are quite a few couples in cartoons, games, etc. that are of different species as well, and I'm sure everyone else can even name some of them.

For all you "T.U.F.F. Puppy" fans out there, I've also decided to create a boyfriend character for my other version of Whitnee, which is an idea that I've actually had on my mind for nearly a year now, and I feel like wanting to share it with my friends before I forget. One of my newer characters that I planned on creating for the "T.U.F.F. Puppy" universe is a male squirrel named Lucas McSquirrely, who is pretty much an Average Joe living a typical life as a civilian in Petropolis until one day, he is able to find an old magician who had fallen into Lake Petropolis, and Lucas is able to jump into the water and save him from drowning; The magician (who happens to be a dove, according to the idea on my mind) becomes so proud and grateful to Lucas that he decides to thank him by casting a magic spell upon Lucas that grants him infinite luck for the rest of his life, which means that all kinds of lucky things would happen to him, and he can even summon just about anything as if done by magic. As you'd probably guess, quite a few bad guys would try to go after Lucas for his good luck, and he'd eventually be able to meet Whitnee, who would often rescue him enough times that both characters would also start to fall in love with each other. Even though I have thought of such a character for quite a while now, I have not actually been able to come up with a suitable design for drawing Lucas, and I'm kind of hoping that some of my friends might be willing to help me out in return. One of my original character styles for Lucas included messy black hair, brown fur, and an outfit quite similar to that of Fry from "Futurama", but I was actually thinking of changing it to something more original; I am more than willing to do a collaboration with anyone who's able to help me think of a suitable design for my new character that I plan on drawing soon, and I'll even give him or her credit for helping me out as well.

After being able to post some of my newer artwork for this week, I feel like wanting to discuss a few things that are on my mind recently. First of all, one thing that I'm kind of proud to admit that I was able to create a newer version of Lucky Dalmatian, who happens to be my oldest cartoon character I've ever created before I was able to create my other OCs that I like to draw such as Whitnee Squirrel and Goldie Fox. Because I have not been able to draw him in such a long time, I felt that it was time for me to introduce him to all my friends and watchers on here, and I even created a couple of collages that I did showcasing some of my older drawings and/or comic strips starring Lucky and his puppy sidekick, Speck. Just recently, though, I was starting to worry if anyone is actually interested in getting to know more about Lucky, mainly because he's a male character, which most art fans don't find quite as appealing as female characters. I think it's important to point out that Lucky Dalmatian happens to be the one character who actually helped me become inspired to draw cartoons a lot back when I was in seventh grade, and if it wasn't for him, I probably wouldn't have been able to create some of my other characters that you're able to see here on deviantART today; It's something that I think my friends and everyone else who enjoys checking out my artwork should consider, and I do try my best to draw enough cartoons that are sure to appeal to everyone (and not just those who are only interested in certain themes).

Speaking of which, I was able to have a quick chat with my good friend :iconshinragod: not too long ago, who's always able to give me artistic advice whenever I'm feeling unhappy with my own cartoon art skills, and he was able to tell me that I should try to focus on enjoying what I like to draw without having to worry so much about other things such as getting more comments for each picture posted and becoming better than most other artists on here. To be honest, I've never actually dreamed of becoming better than anyone else, mainly because I'm not the type of person who's into competition, and I prefer to be unique while standing out in the crowd. However, there are times in which I feel like wanting to draw certain things just to appeal to everyone else I know, especially since I don't like feeling left out when it comes to being part of something that would make me feel even more unique and/or special. I'll admit that I do feel like becoming the center of attention at times, but that's usually because I just want to share my interests the same way as everybody else. Even though I still tend to have problems with my inner demons that try to get out whenever I feel left out about something (including a lack of fan art featuring my "T.U.F.F. Puppy" characters), I try not to let such feelings affect my mood to draw, especially because it is only one of a few things that I've always been good at doing as long as I could remember. Other than that, I should be able to follow my friend's advice that he was able to give me recently, and I do not want to give up drawing if I start to feel left out or unappreciated in some way.

Nintendo WiiU: My Thoughts

I am in the mood for posting a journal entry explaining my thoughts about the Nintendo WiiU, which I was able to play just recently. As I may have already mentioned quite a few times, I have always been a huge fan of Nintendo game systems, which I've enjoyed playing since I was a kid, and I also like to collect as many games for each system as part of my own personal collection to play every now and then. Anyway, I've actually been getting kind of bored playing games on my Nintendo Wii, which I've been playing ever since I bought my console back in 2008, so I felt like it was time for me to move on to Nintendo's current generation system. I was able to save up my money these past few months until I saved about $300 to purchase a Nintendo WiiU, which I decided to order online instead of buying one directly at a store like Wal-Mart so that way I wouldn't have to pay extra tax, and it arrived at my house less than a few days later. After taking my WiiU out of the box it was mailed in, I was able to set up the system without any trouble, and I started playing after being able to take care of some other things such as taking my dogs out for a walk and eating some dinner.

One of the most noteable features to come with the Nintendo WiiU would have to be the game pad controller, which is surprisingly huge for a device to play games with, and it has quite a few other features to make it even more unique. For instance, the game pad controller has a built-in touch screen that you can use as a second screen if you want to continue playing games while watching TV; It even allows you to adjust the volume and change the channel on your TV set by accessing the touch screen as well. The controller also has a camera and microphone very similar to the Nintendo DSi and/or Nintendo 3DS, both which I haven't been able to try out for any games just yet. When I was playing a game on my WiiU for the first time, I was able to notice that the controller also featured a volume switch and a headphone jack, which I was able to use because of my mother going to sleep while I was playing.

In case anybody is wondering which games I was able to get for my Nintendo WiiU, I was able to purchase the bundle pack that came with two titles on the same disc: "New Super Mario Bros. U" and "New Super Luigi U" (which is an alternate version of the game that was released to celebrate the 30th Anniversary of Luigi). I was also able to buy a copy of the disc version of "DuckTales: Remastered" that I bought at a local Game Stop; Even though I already have the digital version of the game on my Xbox 360, I decided to get a physical copy for my WiiU while spending the rest of my money that was saved on my gift card that I got for Christmas last year. After finally being able to save up my money to get a Nintendo WiiU, I should be able to save up my money for some other games that I plan on getting soon such as "Mario Kart 8", "Sonic Lost Worlds", "Super Mario 3D World", and the new "Super Smash Bros." game that will be coming out soon.

Even though I've just started playing my Nintendo WiiU recently, I actually find it to be such an underrated system that was made for the current generation of video games, especially since the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One have just come out not too long ago, and many gamers are paying attention to the games that are being released on both consoles; Personally, I don't really care which new games are available on either console, especially if it's a bunch of FPS games that are anything but enjoyable to a casual gamer such as myself. This is probably the reason why I've always preferred to play Nintendo game consoles - They always tend to focus on innovation and creativity for the games that are released on each console, which actually makes them worth playing no matter how old the gamers are. When it comes to designing video game consoles, Nintendo always does try to make each console quite unique for playing games on (with the exception of the Virtual Boy, despite how revolutionary it was at the time). The Nintendo WiiU may not have the same kind of powerful hardware as the other consoles of the current generation, but it does offer plenty of gameplay with the many familiar game titles that have been released on it so far, and I think that's all that should really matter most, especially if you're the kind of gamer who loves playing certain types of games just for fun.
