Hikari The Panda

Here is a picture that I did of a new original character that I created, which is a female panda character named Hikari. Because I wasn't too busy working on anything else at the time, I was in the mood for drawing a picture involving a new character that I had on my mind for some time ago. She originally started off as some kind of random character that I drew for fun, but then I sort of fell in love with the cute design of such a character that I decided to keep her while thinking of some interesting stories and scenarios to put her in, especially after remembering that I don't actually have any grown-up panda characters created. Anyway, for this picture I've done, I was able to draw a simple of Hikari, who happens to be a Japanese shrine maiden in a sexy-looking version of the traditional outfit that is worn by shrine maidens in real life, and her name is basically the Japanese word for "light". Even though I haven't been able to think of a proper backstory for Hikari yet, one of my ideas for such a character would be that she is actually an immortal being with all kinds of spiritual powers that she would use to help all kinds of people in need, and she would even become friends with anyone who is nice and friendly. When I was coloring the picture in, I was able to use a green texture for the background, and I decided to fill up much of the empty pace by adding stars in different sizes and colors. The picture turned out very nice after being completed, and it's sure to please my friends and everyone else as well.
