Pokemon Valentines: Jigglypuff

Here is a picture that I did of a Valentine card featuring Jigglypuff, which I was able to draw as part of the "2018 Valentine Exchange" project here on DeviantArt. Because I wasn't too busy doing anything else at the time, I decided to take the opportunity to work on a small set of Valentine card images as part of an annual project to celebrate Valentine's Day coming up, and I was in the mood for wanting to design some cards featuring various Pokémon that were on my mind at the time. For this picture I've done, I was able to draw Jigglypuff posing in a red bow that it was seen wearing in the "Super Smash Bros." games. When I was coloring the picture in, I was able to use a blue texture for the background, and I decided to fill up much of the empty space by adding white heart symbols in different shapes and sizes while adding some clever text. The picture turned out very nice after being completed, and it's sure to please my friends and everyone else as well.
